I am struggling to do it, so that was why I thought 'maybe, there is an
easier way ;)

I would really appreciate some help ..

I have downloaded the .tar onto the server (into the ~admin directory
and unpacked it). I then Cd'ed to the correct folder and and then tried
to run ./install.sh as per the instructions on the Zen site. Initially
it said it had a permissions problem, so I chmoded it all to 777 and had
another go but now it says it can't find ./php in /zui_files/ even
though it is plainly there.

I must be doing something wrong (noob problem!) but can't work out what.

I've SSH in and su to root
