That is a very old CVS repo.  The new one is at
http://bluequartz.oscj.net/source/browse/bluequartz/

I believe they anonymous CVS turned on.  They have directions on how 
to do access it.  That contains the latest and greatest.  The CVS repo 
is designed to function w/ RPM though.  You will have to manually 
build the add-ons and such.
