Brian, I had the same problem and founf too that the "yum install
mailscanner" itīs referenced in many pages as a working option.....
Could it be that it's in other repositories no being used from default??

The CentOS team doesn't maintain an RPM for MailScanner. You need to
manually install it, or purchase a commerical package that will install it
for you!
