I think the short answer, nothing.  They EOL'd the entire product line, and
didn't replace it with anything.  Obviously they do have other 1u "AMD" and
1u "Sparc" based servers, but these are targeted as general purpose servers,
not appliances.

Thank you for the response.  You answered exactly what I asked.  
However, I failed ask what I wanted to know.  What I'm really after is 
what Sun product replaced the RaQ and Qube products and are they an 
improvement?  If so, in what way?
