HI I had this problem on a new installation,

It got solved by changing the Net Mask on the interface Alias, somehow other
numbers got there and changed it to 255.255.255.0 However I am not sure if
also my provider had incorrect routing tables to that IP.

--I remmember changing several sites to toher IP address from this issue,
it$BCT(B a nuisance

So in my experience
A)Provider checked for correct routing
B)Changed netmask on UI to 255.255.255.0 (got changed somehow)

Good Luck

Hello, this is not a BQ

TLAS support comes with one "fix"
Move the sites to another ip, thats no fix that is lack of support

2 nights ago 1 network alias went down and i cant get it up Extrenal the
sites can be accessed but lokal the ip cant be pinged I rebooted the server
no luck
