Yes You can.  The BQ (RaQ550, RaQ4, etc) has always supported this.  The 
key, like you said is Different Domains.

When you go into the GUI, you see:

  Edit Primary Services
  Edit Secondary Services

The most important thing to remember when using Secondary Services is that 
the remote server is setup for Zone Transfers.  If not, you won't be able 
to pull your DNS.

The only thing that really stinks though is to see the actual zone file, 
you have to go into the shell, and cat the file.

But it is indeed 100% possible on the BQ system.  I have ran with it lots 
of times!
