I have try to build this base-apache module but got an warning error:

building perl...
building locale/en/apache.mo...
msgfmt: locale/en/apache.po: warning: Charset missing in header.
                                      Message conversion to user's charset 
will not work.

the compilation success but when i install the ui not showing the right 
variable. It been days i try to figure this out. Can someone help me out.
