Correct. I have the suggested info now running
E-mail from IP's listed in the mentioned servers is not accepted on 
sendmail level. Spam and other stuff still accepted (IP is not listed as 
SPAM IP)
will still be accepted and SpamAssassin wil check on other servers (like 
servers with URL detection stuff) if it can be put under the spam label
if your config allows it to be.

So both are working just fine together. They do not bite.
