      We need to resolve vacation message looping condition
      when <user> mailbox is full.


      Condition: <user> set forwarding to other domain and you have smarthosted
                  BQ box.

      Diagnostic: smrsh - vacation.pl RETURN EX-TEMP error - err please retry again.
                  Therefore, the mail is stuck and mail queue will building up until server
                  hung
