Arthur,

You have to install Sys::Syslog-0.15 manually. If you don't find it already
expanded in CPAN local cache build directory, please download:

1- http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Sys/Sys-Syslog-0.15.tar.gz
2- http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Sys/Sys-Syslog-0.15.readme

Uncompress the 'tar.gz' file and it should install without problems as
described in 'readme' file.
