I have just done this successfully with two old RAQ3s .... CMU to
another server then import into the new server using

/usr/sbin/cmuImport -d /home/restore -i 123.123.123.123 

123.123.123.123 is the IP of the new box

Then import the DNS using dnsImport (from Nuonce
http://www.nuonce.net/bluequartz.php)

Sweet as a nut. We even changed the host name of the new server ;)
