As a suggestion, you may want to consider using this as an opportunity 
to build a 2nd box, perhaps with a more recent OS (ie: CentOS?).   Then 
you could set the 2nd box up in the new facility and CMU the sites, 
having the IP's automatically changed then.

That will also help to avoid downtime.
