Did you try an actual ping and/or traceroute to the IP addresses of
your DNS servers from the RaQ and from an outside location? Also check
/etc/resolv.conf to make sure the settings in the GUI are actually in
there.
FYI nslookup is deprecated; you should start using the "dig" command.
See if you can manually query those DNS servers:
dig (at mark) dns.ip.add.ress www.adomain.com a
to find the "A" record for www.adomain.com from the DNS server at
dns.ip.add.ress
