No, I don't. the host is created always with following settings:

Host=www.example.com
Web server alias=example.com
Mail server alias=example.com

In 'Relay Email From Hosts/Domains/IP Addresses (optional)' I have
'example.com' listed only.
Btw, why is it optional?
