Hi,
I think that this issue is related with install order.
At sausalito-cce-client package ccewrap sets root:apache owner,
but, it is failed to change owner, if apache user and group are not
exist at installing time.
So, I've just added requires httpd for client package, right now.
I will release this update with the other email function update tonight.
