Sendmail has been pulled out of BlueQuartz.  They now use the RPMS 
directly from CentOS.

I can understand where you are coming from.  I can script a change that 
will remove it during inital setup on the CD, but should you get a new 
sendmail.mc, which in theory you shouldn't, it will be over written.
