Greetings,

On one of my BQ boxes based on Brian's Package, I suffered a RAID
failure. I removed the failed drive, blanked it and restarted the
machine. Several of the raid partitions were rebuilt but they are all
out of order.

Notice MD0 & MD3...

md2 : active raid1 sdb2[1] sda2[0]
       6289344 blocks [2/2] [UU]

md4 : active raid1 sda3[0]
       2096384 blocks [2/1] [U_]

md5 : active raid1 sdb5[1] sda5[0]
       1052160 blocks [2/2] [UU]

md3 : active raid1 sdb3[1] sda6[0]
       1052160 blocks [2/2] [UU]

md1 : active raid1 sda7[0]
       145693376 blocks [2/1] [U_]

md0 : active raid1 sdb7[1] sda1[0]
       104320 blocks [2/2] [UU]

I tried removing sdb3 from md3 so I could put it on the right pair
but it wouldn't do it.

mdadm /dev/md3 -r /dev/sdb3
mdadm: hot remove failed for /dev/sdb3: Device or resource busy

How can I fix this?
