You need to send it to the correct e-mail.  Your sending it to the list.

Try sending it to coba-e-ctl (at mark) bluequartz.org.  That is what the website 
says;

   Subject: (no need)
   body:

   unsubscribe

You receive a notify message that mean the process completion.
