Howdy,

I think it is right time to create a separate mailing list for END USERS.

And leave this list for mostly developers.

Thus, when user has a problem it will not flood this list, as I did when I
had a bunch of problems and only several hours to fix them.

Just like it has been on cobalt lists: cobalt-devs, cobalt-security and
cobalt-users.

I am volunteering to give a place on my server, but someone else will have
to help me in setup and some another will have to administer it.

The server is Tyan Transport GT20 /AMD Opteron 146/ 1GB RAM/ 2x160GB SATA on
5Mbps bandwith.

Say your opinions, please.
