Whoops spoke too soon, removing the 127.0.0.1 entry and turning off cached
records lookups still causes the nameserver not to be able to lookup
anything other than the DNS records it's hosting. It fooled me by working
for a minute after I made the change. It must take a short while to come
into effect. The only forwarder entries I have left are the upstream ISP
addresses.

Can someone else try turing off cached record lookups and see if forwarding
lookups breaks for them as well? Just so I know I am not going crazy.

- Ernie.
