Based on 2.4.28_BF5_C7 source I have build 2 kernel binaries that are in 
production.

-Added Raq550 OS kernel binaries in tar.gz
 kernel-2.4.28_BF5_C7.tar.gz  (6.6M - stable)
 kernel-2.4.28-rc1.tar.gz     (3M   - alpha build, in production)
