Hey everyone - thanks so much for the replies..... after some
investigation, it turns out the %1 (at mark) dom.com in the virtusertable was
not working. When i added a new user to the same domain, that user
worked fine... so i essentially deleted the user and recreated it.
and all was ok. I did have some initial relay issues due to setup
(hence in my original posting that it was effecting all domains). At
any rate by the end - it appears as though there was an issues with
the actual user account.

Thanks again !

d
