I have migrated a bunch of sites from one server to a new server using Brian's newest iso.

I have one site with the character set problem and I can't find the old email Brian sent me on how to fix it.

Does anyone have a link or know the edit in httpd.conf that I need to do to fix this?

I tried the script from Brians site, but it failed.
