Hello Brian,
with a shell do:
rpm -e --nodeps 5100R-cmu
yum --enablerepo=BlueQuartz-testing install 5100R-cmu
Note: by default the testing repos should have a
enabled=0
line, forcing you to do a concious decision to use the testing stuff.
