Jes,

I don't know where you'd see it in the files. I was exporting from a raq4 
and I just logged in to their siteadmin and looked at the Site Settings --> 
Web Server aliases field. That is where I saw the problem.

In my case I tried importing a different site and it went fine so I assumed 
it was something specific to the site.
