Hi List,

This is just for the archive.

While testing the FrontPage-server extensions, we always got: 


/var/log/http/error_log: 

(13)Permission denied: unable to connect to cgi daemon after multiple
tries: /usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/apache-fp/_vti_bin/fpexe

No connection to the server was possible, FrontPage showed some errors.



After some "googling" found a QND-solution for this:

chmod 755 /var/log/httpd

Tried it, and ops, everthing worked out fine.
Maybe its not the best way to solve it, but maybe the fastest.
