Hi,

I agree that dovecot is better than qpopper and imapd.
But, qpopper is required by APOP service, then I release qpopper.
If we allow not to use APOP service, I replace dovecot instead.
But, I think that it is difficult to replace for 5100R and I will
choice dovecot for next BlueQuartz and remove APOP service.

I will rebuild qpopper package as standalone mode for this issue.
