Hi blues,

I put base-email and base-swupdate packages into testing repository.

Changes
- base-email
   - remove useful email address from reserved list such as
     manager, webmaster, noc, security, hostmaster, info, marketing,
     sales and support by Brian.
- base-swupdate
   - not to use /tmp for uploading package by Brian

Please let me know, if you have any issues.
And, I already put testing packages for new installer, if there is
no critical issues, I will move to update repository from testing
in a few days.
