Not everything is open source you know ;-)

If there aren't already then I'm sure there will be frappr clone scripts 
around soon, have a google.  Or as I say, code one yourself, it really 
is easy with Google Maps, they have all the code examples up in the docs 
http://www.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/  Even I can use it! :-)
