I setup the new BQ in CentOS , and send via thie new server send the testing
email to " helocheck (at mark) cbl.abuseat.org "
 
He send back the error message:
   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<helocheck (at mark) cbl.abuseat.org>
    (reason: 550 Your HELO name for IP address 202.xxx.xxx.xxx was
"server1.xxx.com")

1. 202.xxx.xxx.xxx was "server1.xxx.com" this is real IP and read Domain
name
2. My server HELO name already is fully qualified domain name, and IP
Address have are Reverse lookup for this domain name
3. No server in this IP address before
