Ok, I got two or three votes to turn receipts off, but no responses on the
issue of getting the secure server to read the phpMyAdmin .css file? Does
anyone know why the secure instance can't see the same files the non-secure
instance can?

Darrel,
Please, please, please turn off your request for "Message Reciept" in
your e-mail client. You have it turned on for every e-mail you send.

It really is annoying to get a popup-window every time I open one of
your e-mails.
