I turned this off once, it appears Bill Gates likes it on.  I disabled it

Darrel,
Please, please, please turn off your request for "Message Reciept" in 
your e-mail client. You have it turned on for every e-mail you send.

It really is annoying to get a popup-window every time I open one of 
your e-mails.
