Not much of an improvement from test we have run.
The small 64KB cache really slows things down.
The other problem is the standard K6-2 500 uses a 2.2V core,
which can heat up rather quickly, unless you use a heatsink with fan.

The 450MKz and 500MHz K6-2+ with 128KB cache is very good.
But for the ultimate use K6-III+/450ACZ.
