I suspect you can't install any package files. I doubt it's limited to my
package. When you installed CentOS did you include 'Server Configuration
Tools', which installs a bunch of perl modules needed to install packages. Try
installing it using yum. 
yum installgroup 'Server Configuration Tools' 

I'll update the .po file. I was lazy. It should prevent installation.

I'll check the rpm path. Can you send me the correct path?

I'm thinking these issues are caused by speedycgi. Try disabling speedycgi,
this is a pain due to a bunch of perl changes. Restore the *.old files in
/var/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail and try again without speedycgi.
