Qpopper still Can Work with 1500++ users.

But you need to Remove Xinetd configuration from qpopper.

Basically, xinetd temporary stop connection after Threshold is reached.


Steps involved:

1) Recompile Qpopper without Xinetd
2) Run with -s -R -S
