Would you try to get more detail log from cced with debug mode?
At first, stop cced with '/etc/init.d/cced.init stop' command. Next,
start cced with debug option '/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init -V -d
0x4b > /tmp/cced.log 2>&1' and try to add virtual site.
And then you get error message on GUI, if you can not add new virtual
site.
After that error, stop cced.init and check /tmp/cced.log and you need
to start cced as daemon mode '/etc/init.d/cced.init start'.
I think cced.log is little big, please archive and send to mailling
list.

Hisao
