Ok, then check your logs and see what it says for that email address.
For example, I just sent mail to "decode" at my box and got the following in
the logs:

The logs should tell you something about what it is doing with the message
once received. If there is nothing there other than the "mailer=local, ...,
stat=sent", then the re-write is being done via the virtusertable.
