Hi,

Yum updates proftpd from some repository.
Then, the proftpd package was replaced from BlueQuartz's one.
Please re-install BlueQuartz's proftpd.
I'll implement the trigger section into devel-tools not to replace  
the packages from the distribution's packages in feature.
