It is a new function that the BQ team built in one of the recent updates. 
It was already included on the 3.5 CD from my site.  It allows you to 
preview a new virtual like so:

http://hostname.domain.tld/www.newdomain.com

Or you can use the IP instead of host.dom.tld.
