The Tyan server with CentOS + BlueQuartz is a very cost effective solution. 
With CentOS + BlueQuartz you'll already have basically everything installed 
that you'll need to host your websites, which may not be true for Solaris 10.

CentOS + BlueQuartz also allows you to easily migrate sites & users over from 
the RaQ4. It also puts both you and your users into an environment that you - 
to some degree - are already familiar with due to your prior experience with 
the RaQ4.
