They are!?  I'm not knocking them but I don't think there is anyone at 
CentOS or BlueQuartz to sue should they accidentally publish an update 
that hacks my box :-)  I asked this question a while back.

I'd totally agree with that, I was kinda surprised to see it still in 
the code.
