I agreed that we should build on working "hosting edition".
Just port in, Qube3 codes into PKGs.

To jumpstart, I can share the howto on installing Qube3 OS
onto OLD raq3i /raq4i.

With a working Qube3 OS, any developers can easily compare
and iron out any differences on building "BQ - Workgroup"
