I have a box that I cannot access by SSHing to its primary IP.  It happened
after reboot.  I can however access the primary IP if I first go to a
machine on the local network.  The message that gets returned to me is:

Connection closed by <primary ip address>

I checked hosts.deny and iptables -list but couldn't find any relevant
blocks there.

Am I missing something?
