Migration from one CBQ server ro another had issues with subdomains
Server was using the NuOnce subdomain package.
The subdomain data was there after the migration
But they would not come up in the GUI
The DNS was OK as digging sub.domain.tld returned the correct IP

My solution was to tar up the vsites which were at;
   /home/sites/www.domain.tld/vsites
Deleted and recreated the subdomains.
And everything worked OK

Forensics ...poor not sure what was wrong
The server only had one site that had subdomains
