Answering my own post
I found on google
lsof /tmp

there i see hanging processes to /tmp
one was httpd so i stoped httpd removed the process and started it again
that did the trick

one server says /tmp fill
/dev/md2             1012M  973M     0 100% /tmp

But
[root@server11 tmp]# du -h /tmp
1.8M    /tmp

I dont understand this
any idee how i can fix this
