No need to shout, or top-post. I'm only getting them once. Check your
headers. Maybe it's somewhere in your chain.

No need to shout?? Then where is the moderator to look into the problem.
Your just quick to pass the blame. 
The problem is with the mail server. I checked the headers. 3 messages are
coming to me seconds apart. I'm assuming there is no moderator, that this is
an abandoned list? Someone should be able to look into it?
