The only memory upgrade was several months ago, and the server ran absolute
fine afterwards.

Nf_unregister_sockopt appears to be related to iptables. I did add a couple
of Ips to the allow list using csf on Friday, and the first problem was 7am
Sat.  After the last reboot I logged in and typed 

  /etc/inid.d/iptables stop

  Flushing firewall rules:                       [ OK ]
  Setting chains to policy ACCEPT: mangle filter [ OK ]
  Unloading iptables modules:

I got two [ OK ]s then the server died again on the 'Unloading' line.  The
Colo seems to think the problem is more serious than iptables messing up,
however.
