rpm -hUv
http://bluequartz.org/pub/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/bluequartz/i386/RPMS/dovecot-1.1.8-0BQ3.i386.rpm

All in one line.

If it refuses to install and claims that the dovecot you have is newer, then
try it with --force:

rpm -hUv --force
http://bluequartz.org/pub/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/bluequartz/i386/RPMS/dovecot-1.1.8-0BQ3.i386.rpm

Then restart Dovecot:

/etc/init.d/dovecot restart

--
With best regards,
