Question 1: What changes happened to your box just before this started 
happening - Any clues in yum log file?
Question 2: Whats the last things happening in other log files - in 
particular, the cron log file.
Question 3: One thing that has caused some kernel panic's that I've seen 
before has been related to some weird iptables stuff - anything 
happening with firewalls modules at that time of day?
