Looks like you did not add in the mirror.  Into 
/etc/yum.repos.d/BlueQuartz-Base.repo you should add:
baseurl=http://bluequartz.virtbiz.com/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/bluequartz/$basearch/

Comment out the bluequartz.org entry so that YUM will stop complaining 
about it.

That'll fix you up.
